Use of Service
Surfnote AI is a personal productivity tool that joins your online meetings (Google Meet, Zoom, Yandex Telemost) via an AI bot and produces transcripts and summaries. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from meeting participants before inviting the Surfnote bot to record or transcribe any meeting.
- You must ensure that your use of Surfnote AI complies with applicable privacy laws and the platform policies of meeting services you use.
- You agree not to use the service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service or interfere with other users.
Account and Access
Your Surfnote account is tied to your Telegram identity via @surfnoteiobot. There is no separate password — access is controlled by Telegram.
- Keep your Telegram account secure; you are responsible for all activity under your Surfnote account.
- Notify us immediately at support@salesaibootcamp.ink if you suspect any unauthorized use.
- You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Surfnote Mini App settings.
Prohibited Conduct
When using Surfnote AI, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Record or transcribe meetings without proper consent from all participants.
- Distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content through the service.
- Attempt to disrupt, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service for any purpose that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service's APIs.
Intellectual Property
- Surfnote AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Surfers and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You retain full ownership of your meeting content, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries.
- You grant AI Surfers a limited, temporary license to process your audio and text solely to deliver the transcription and summarization services.
Third-Party Services
Surfnote AI relies on the following third-party services to deliver its functionality. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policies.
- Telegram — bot delivery and Mini App interface.
- Attendee — AI bot that joins online meetings (Google Meet, Zoom, Yandex Telemost).
- Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription of meeting audio.
- Anthropic Claude — AI summarization and smart notes generation.
- Google Cloud Storage — temporary storage of uploaded audio files during processing.
- We are not responsible for the practices or availability of these third-party services.
Data & Privacy
Your use of Surfnote AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We process meeting audio and text solely to provide transcription and summarization services.
- Raw audio is deleted immediately after transcription completes and is never retained.
- Transcripts and summaries are stored for your convenience and can be deleted at any time via the Mini App.
Service Changes & Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
- We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
- You may delete your account and all data at any time via the Surfnote Mini App, or by contacting support@salesaibootcamp.ink.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Surfnote AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Transcription and summarization quality depends on audio quality and third-party AI services; we do not warrant their accuracy.
- You use the service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Surfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Surfnote AI.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
- We will notify users of significant changes via @surfnoteiobot or email.
- It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
