- Keep your login information confidential and secure.

- We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
- Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.
- AI processing for transcription and summarization is provided by third-party AI services (OpenAI).
Data & Privacy
Your use of Surfnote AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We process meeting data solely to provide transcription and summarization services.
- Raw audio is never stored and is deleted immediately after transcription completes.
Service Changes & Termination

- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
